Ham Class antenna making

We are close to the end of this year’s course.  Today we were making antennas, and Graeme looks very pleased with the results.  Many thanks to Donn VA7DH for machining a lot of plastic components, and to Ed VA7SDH for patiently giving glowing signal reports as we tried each new antenna on the air.

The WARA Ham Class is now meeting in the CRD Commons Room on Government at Fisgard with an enthusiastic group of soon-to-be hams.  We are more than half way through the course and students are now visiting local ham stations.  Here Pete, Eva, Chris and Ian visit with Rick VE7TK.
