2022 Amateur Radio Field Day Report
In 2022 we held Field Day in Metchosin behind the Metchosin Municipal Hall. The club invited all hams as well as the general public to participate to and make as many contacts as possible. Over 40,000 individuals across North America took part, so there were many opportunities to make contacts. This year we made 418 contacts on CW and voice for 1,568 points. We like to increase our scores but in the end, it is all for the great experience that we all have.

We had a great deal of fun setting up, raising the temporary antennas high into the trees, operating the various stations, chatting with colleagues and enjoying six large pizzas for dinner.
