The 2025 Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday, October 16th. It was a hybrid meeting as advertised and there was an ok attendance both online and in person.
Two Directors decided to step down this year. Frank Anderson, VA7GCO and Jim Byers, VE7KAJ.
Frank has been a long-time member, serving on the Board in various positions and was an active volunteer for many years with Public service events.
Jim has been quite active as a part of the Feid Day team, running the Saturday Morning Zoom get together acting as Host during the Zoom portion of the regular members meeting, and volunteering for Public Service Events. I Want to thank both of them.
Elections were held and two new people joined the Board.
